Here are a few of our frequently asked questions, if you cant find your answer here, or on the product pages, please use the contact form at the bottom of the Home page to get in touch and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

• Do you deliver? No all orders are collection only from Harrogate HG1 (except installations)

• Where do I collect from? Collection is from central Harrogate/HG1 on Kent Road. All collection details are provided in your confirmation email once you have purchased your balloons. 

• Will the balloons fit in my car? Most displays fit in all car types if the back seats are down and the car is empty

• Are the balloons helium? No, all displays are air fill. We don't use Helium as it is a finite gas, we find air to be beautiful enough without using up the earths Helium (no judgement to helium users :) they look beautiful, just not something we use). 

• How much notice do you need? For website orders please allow a minimum of 1 week to allow for stock allocation. We hold lots of stock so if you want a balloon display with less than a weeks notice please contact us before ordering. 

• Can I cancel? Once the order has been placed, stock is ordered and allocated therefore orders cannot be cancelled. If informed within 48 hours an alternative may be arranged at the discretion of Sophie for collection only. Refunds cannot be made for installations.
