All balloons are made at least 12 hours prior to collection to ensure there are no faulty balloons or air leaks. 
Once the balloons have been collected they are your responsibility, Sophie Styled It will not be liable for any damage or deflation after this point.
Balloons cannot be refunded but if you require a cancellation, you can transfer your credit for collection displays as long as you have cancelled within 48 hours of the morning (by 9am) of the original collection date.

No refunds can be offered for cancelled installations. Dates can be changed if at least 48 hours notice has been given from time of installation. No refund/date changes will be given beyond this point.
