Now that you're thinking about ordering your beautiful balloons, here are a few important bits of information...

• Balloons expand in the heat and contract in the cold, please don't panic if your foil balloons look a little floppy on collection, once they get back to room temperature they will be nice and plump;
• Balloons need to be kept inside at room temperature if you are storing them, to keep them at their best;
• All latex balloons used are biodegradable and use latex from responsible sources, when you are finished with your display please put them in your normal waste;
• CHOKING HAZARD; Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once. 

All balloons are made at least 12 hours prior to collection to ensure there are no faulty balloons or air leaks. 
Once the balloons have been collected they are your responsibility, Sophie Styled It will not be liable for any damage or deflation after this point.
Balloons cannot be refunded but if you require a cancellation, you can transfer your credit as long as you have cancelled within 48 hours of the morning (by 9am) of the original collection date.
